How do I know your designer will design what I want?
Your garden should be an authentic reflection of you. This comes about by us asking and carefully listening to, what resonates with you. It is also why you have 4 iterations, to ensure we revise anything that doesn’t inspire you.
Is a landscaping budget established before starting the design?
Our approach is to dream first and include all you desire in your Concept Design, then using this design, do a high-level costing. If the budget is too high, a discussion is had on how to modify the design to bring it back in budget. If you wish to have an idea of what your project may cost before engaging us for a design, we recommend you download our Cost Guide and this will help you establish a realistic ballpark.
How does Whyte Gardens compare to other landscape designers?
At Whyte Gardens we have both Landscape Architects and Horticultural Designers, along with our in-house Landscape Crew for reference. Although one designer works directly with you, all our designs are a team collaboration with each designer, in the background, having input into maximising the potential outcome. As we also construct your garden, our aim is never just a design, but a garden that you love. So we handle every aspect from design to compliance and ultimately your landscape construction.
Do you refund the design fee if I engage Whyte Gardens to construct my landscape?
An average design takes around 50 hours to complete your Master Plan. The value of this is enormous and so we are upfront about the exchange for this financially.
What level of experience do your landscape designers have?
All our designers have been creating designs for many years to exacting high standards. Since we are a construction company also, the design team regularly visits sites and sees the landscaping being built and so understands exactly what they are designing.
