Landscaper / Crew Leader Potential

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Whyte Gardens is seeking a qualified Landscaper. Must be able to work with a team as well as autonomously. Your will possess excellent craftsmanship have proven ability to create hardscape works to high standards.

Location: Eastern Melbourne mostly
Employment Type: Full Time

Our team has a strong passion for cultivating beautiful garden spaces for our clients. We are renowned for our high end residential projects. We specialise in providing professional landscaping to private residential gardens.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Have a good level of fitness and strength
Display good work ethic, be punctual, reliable and honest
Have great work attitude – good with people, friendly and enthusiastic
An excellent communicator to deal with clients that have professional expectations
Moderate Computer literate to do timesheets and work with googledrive.
Smart appearance
Accept only the best when it comes to results
Demonstrate a solution based orientation towards problems
Ability to work with a small team as well as autonomously
Hold a current driver’s license

Duties Include

All hardscape works including paving of all types; build walls; natural stone cladding, etc.
Installing irrigation & lighting systems
Working with landscape team on softscapes
Work with timber i.e. decking; pergolas; etc.
