The brief was to create an enjoyable, integrated space which family and friends could fully utilise. To achieve this we designed a pool area; a secluded garden area for immersion in nature and plants; and an outdoor kitchen/BBQ and relaxation area on the elevated deck. It was important to incorporate a little mystery in the garden, yet keep a sense of order. We also included a basketball area, giving the whole space a sense of feeling open yet connected. The feature wall harmonises with the stone inside the house, connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The client was delighted with the aesthetics of this garden that brings together everything they wished for.
